I enjoy working with all ages using a person centered approach and utilizing multiple modalities in treating the concerns. People are viewed as a whole person with individual strengths and areas of necessary growth.
My holistic practice incorporates cultural and spiritual beliefs. It is my goal to support the unique needs of the served person/s with open-mindedness.
My experience includes medical/disease management, depression, anxiety, adolescents, children, persons with disabilities, relationships, student life, addiction, trauma, and life changes.

Fees and Insurance
I accept self pay, Medical and Medicare. I offer superbill for commercial /private insurance.

I am not in-network with any private insurance . This means that you are responsible for paying my fee and I will provide you with a Superbill ( a receipt for services) for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement .

* please note: Mental Health diagnosis becomes part of your health record if you choose to use your insurance coverage. The benefit of not involving your insurance is that your psychotherapy treatment is fully confidential .

Typically, I like to meet with you weekly or every other week as our schedules permit. Self scheduling is also available from my client portal .
Cancellations
I require a 24 hour notice for cancelling appointments. If less than 24 hours is given, you will be responsible for a $75 fee.
